Sorry for the re-post. My previous post had some incorrect specs.

Can I run FS2004 with these resources?

Windows XP Home
512 RAM
Pentium 4 - 2.53GHz
80 GB HD - 60 Free
NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 - 128MB
DX9

Sorry,

Nope, the MX440 is a dx7 card that won't handle the minimum requirement
of fs2004 (dx8.1 or dx9).

Try to find a second-hand ti4600. That's what I have on similar config
as yours and after a couple of tweaks fs9 runs smoothly at an average 24fps.

I have a system that's "similar" in vintage (a bit more powerful) and it
ran FS2002 just fine. But FS9 taxes it a bit. The thing is--FS9 has so
many great (free!) add-ons that you'll find yourself getting the more
recent program to take advantage of all that. But, if you really don't
care about the free stuff--stick with FS2002. On your system, it will
run much better.
